- Payment timing and renewal
- JPY 980 at initial purchase and on each monthly renewal until cancellation. No minimum term.
- Subscription term
- An open-ended monthly subscription renews until you cancel. There is no minimum term.
- Availability
- After paid launch, Pro becomes available once Stripe payment and application verification are complete, not merely on a success-page redirect. Contact support if verification is delayed. Paid launch has not yet occurred.
- Cancellation
- After signing in, open billing management in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no future charge.
- Refunds
- The first fee is fully refundable within seven days of initial purchase, once per person. A renewal fee is fully refundable once per 12 months when requested within 48 hours after renewal. Incorrect or duplicate charges are fully refundable. Other convenience, unused-period or mid-period-cancellation refunds are not offered. Statutory rights are not limited.
- Outage remedy
- If our responsibility makes aero analysis, Iris chat, friends or past calendars unavailable for at least 72 consecutive hours, request a full refund for that month or a one-month access extension. Announced planned maintenance, your environment and unavailable external articles are excluded.
- Refund method
- Refunds normally go through Stripe to the original payment method. Statement timing depends on the payment provider.
- Requirements
- Use a current Chrome, Edge or Safari browser with Internet, JavaScript and cookies, and an independent-service account. No ChatGPT/OpenAI account is required. Supported photos and manual .FIT imports are supported; Garmin account linking is not provided.
- Usage limits and AI
- Review plan quotas and features before purchase. External-AI budget limits, outages or safety handling can cause a rule-based fallback. Medical diagnosis, measurement accuracy, sporting results and continuous external-AI availability are not guaranteed.
- Payment review
- Refunds, disputes or fraud warnings can restrict Pro and sharing pending operator review. An access restriction alone does not cancel the Stripe subscription. Contact support about billing, refunds or cancellation.
- Legacy service
- No ChatGPT/OpenAI account is required to register for the independent service. Legacy accounts, data and contracts are not automatically migrated or linked.
- Market and English edition
- The initial paid offer is Japan-only, JPY 980 total per month. English information remains accessible, but English purchases and USD billing are closed.
